Renegade Cheer is excited to announce our new fitness classes designed for adults looking to enhance their physical well-being with trainer Danica.

The Adult HIIT class offers high-intensity interval training that combines bursts of intense activity with short rest periods, perfect for improving cardiovascular fitness and burning calories. You'll move through stations that use ski ergs, assault bikes, dumbbells, and kettlebells to turn your body into a calorie-burning machine.

Meanwhile, the Adult Strength Class focuses on building muscle and increasing strength through a variety of exercises that target all major muscle groups. This high-energy strength training workout incorporates slam balls, bumper plates, dumbbells, and bars to help you build lean muscle, refine your technique, and burn calories.
